The following California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) application fees are required and are payable directly to the State of California. Please select which certificate you are applying for:

Class A Certificate

Authorizes unlimited statewide charter and round-trip sightseeing operations for any vehicle size.

CPUC application fee: $1,500

Class B CertificateRecommended

Limits pick-up to a 125 air-mile radius from your garaging address, to anywhere else in the state.

CPUC application fee: $1,500

ARA recommends the Class B Certificate for only $1,000. It is also a transferable permit.

The information I provide will be the information that Ela G. Gloria, of ARA Consulting Enterprises, will use to obtain my LLC. I understand that 100% of ARA Consulting Enterprises' service fee will be required before proceeding with the submission of the LLC. I understand that Ela G. Gloria is not an attorney. I understand that only self-help services may be provided at my specific direction. I understand that legal advice cannot be provided. I understand that nothing in this communication is intended to provide legal advice, and I should not interpret the contents as such. I understand that if I need legal advice, I should consult a licensed attorney.
