What your $30/month hosting covers

Secure, reliable website hosting; an SSL certificate (the padlock that keeps your site secure); automatic backups; uptime monitoring; and ongoing software & security updates. This keeps your website online, fast, and protected. It does not include content edits, new pages, or new features — those are handled separately, per request.

Custom Website Service Agreement & Disclosure

ARA Consulting Enterprises is providing website design, development, and hosting services at my request, and ARA Consulting Enterprises is not an attorney and is not providing legal advice.
I own, or have the legal right to use, all logos, images, text, trademarks, and other materials I provide, and they do not infringe on any third party's rights. I agree to hold ARA Consulting Enterprises harmless from any claim arising from materials I supply.
The Custom package is priced individually, the final cost of my website has not yet been determined, and no payment beyond the deposit will be collected until the scope and total price are discussed and agreed upon in writing. A secure payment link will be provided once we agree on the details.
My $30/month hosting fee covers hosting, SSL security, backups, uptime monitoring, and software updates only, and does NOT include content edits, new pages, or new features.
Any edits, changes, or additions to my website are quoted and paid for individually, on a per-request basis, and are not included in the monthly hosting fee.
ARA Consulting Enterprises does not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, amount of website traffic, or business result.
Project timelines are estimates and depend on my providing content, branding, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
If I cancel my monthly hosting, my website may be taken offline and I will be responsible for arranging alternative hosting.
ARA Consulting Enterprises' total liability for this service is limited to the amount I have paid, and ARA is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
This is not a substitute for legal advice; for legal questions I should consult a licensed attorney.
I understand that domain registration, third-party services, and any other third-party costs are separate from ARA Consulting Enterprises LLC service fees unless otherwise stated in writing. All payments made to ARA Consulting Enterprises LLC are final and non-refundable.

How your Custom pricing works

Your custom website begins with a $300 deposit, paid with the button below. Once we've scoped your project and determined the final cost of your website, your $300 deposit is subtracted from that final total — so it goes straight toward your build.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All payments made to ARA Consulting Enterprises LLC are final and non-refundable.
