Website Service Agreement & Disclosure

ARA Consulting Enterprises is providing website design, development, and hosting services at my request.
I own, or have the legal right to use, all logos, images, text, trademarks, and other materials I provide, and they do not infringe on any third party's rights. I agree to hold ARA Consulting Enterprises harmless from any claim arising from materials I supply. This applies only to materials I supply — any images or other materials that ARA Consulting Enterprises sources and adds to my website are not covered by this paragraph and remain the responsibility of ARA Consulting Enterprises.
The total price of my website has been discussed with and agreed upon by me. No portion of my payment is being collected on this form.
After I submit this agreement, ARA Consulting Enterprises will send me a secure Stripe payment link by email or text message, using the email address and phone number I have provided above. I am responsible for making sure those contact details are correct.
Small edits to my website — such as adding images, adding reviews, and updating my business information — are included in my monthly fee. Larger edits, including but not limited to adding a new service provided, adding a new page, and adding online booking or payments, are quoted and paid for separately.
ARA Consulting Enterprises does not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, amount of website traffic, or business result.
If at any time I wish to have my website taken offline or to discontinue my service, it is my responsibility to notify ARA Consulting Enterprises directly in order to cancel my monthly hosting. Monthly billing continues until I provide that notice, and I remain responsible for any payments processed before it is received.
If I cancel my monthly hosting, my website may be taken offline and I will be responsible for arranging alternative hosting.
ARA Consulting Enterprises' total liability for this service is limited to the amount I have paid, and ARA is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
All payments made to ARA Consulting Enterprises LLC are final and non-refundable.
