Common Questions
Does ARA file my taxes or give legal advice?
No. ARA Consulting Enterprises is not a law firm, CPA firm, or tax preparation firm, and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We provide administrative and self-help business services at your direction — tracking deadlines, sending reminders, and assisting with filings. For matters requiring professional advice, you should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or tax professional.
Who is ultimately responsible for meeting deadlines?
The business owner. Our reminder and tracking services are an administrative convenience designed to help you stay organized, but ultimate responsibility for your business's filings, taxes, licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory compliance remains with you.
Are government fees included in the price?
No. ARA's service fees are separate from all government filing fees, taxes, license fees, permit fees, penalties, expedited processing fees, and other third-party charges unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
What happens if my business information changes?
Let us know promptly. We cannot track or act on changes that haven't been communicated to us — including changes to your business name or address, owners, members, managers, officers, directors, Registered Agent, business activities, licenses, or contact information.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Both plans continue automatically unless a cancellation request is received before the 1st of the month. Contact Ela by call or text at 415-823-5309 to request cancellation.
